How to Play
- DC's newest progressive Fast Play jackpot game Lucky Numbers features three price points ($5, $10, and $20), each contributing to a single jackpot pool.
- Each Lucky Numbers ticket will have one Game Play area.
- In the game play area, there will be a large outline of a number five (5), ten (10) or twenty (20), depending on the ticket price point selected.
- Within the outline of the large number in the game play area, there will be thirty (30) randomly selected numbers in clovers, ranging from zero (00) through twenty (20).
- How to Win: Count the number of 05/10/20 symbols in the play area above. WIN the corresponding prize as shown in the Prize legend. Find fifteen (15) symbols to win the JACKPOT!
- Prizes: $5, $10, $15, $25, $30, $40, $50, $60, $100, $200, $250, $500, $1,000, $2000, and the Jackpot as advertised. *
- Prize payout: $5 price point - 81%; $10 price point - 82%; $20 price point - 83%.
- Lucky Numbers tickets will expire 180 days from the date of purchase.
- Lucky Numbers tickets cannot be canceled.
Rules
The ticket, not the bet slip, shall be the only valid proof of the selections made and the only valid instrument for claiming a prize.
Players must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to be bound by all rules and regulations of the DC Lottery. By purchasing a ticket and submitting a prize claim, each potential winner grants the DC Lottery the right to use the winner’s name, city, county, state of residence, prize amount and photograph or likeness to publicize his or her winnings. The potential winner also authorizes the DC Lottery to advertise and promote games or goodwill for the DC Lottery in any print, broadcast, electronic, Internet or any other form of media without further consideration.
Prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the drawing.
