Renewal Fee
There is no license renewal fee for traditional lottery license retailers.
All license renewal verification applications must be submitted online at: https://dcgov.seamlessdocs.com/ng/login?redirect_url=/f/DCLotteryApplication
Please submit the following documents with your applications:
Checklist:
- Provide a copy of one of your current primary Basic Business Licenses (ABC, cigarette, grocery, etc.)
- If you do not have a current license, you can obtain one from the DC Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection at Business Licensing Division | DLCP (dc.gov).
- Provide a copy of your IRS Tax Notice from the Internal Revenue Service (CP 575A or 147C). Notices other than what is listed will not be accepted.
- Copy of your Current Clean Hands. If you do not have one, you may go online to MyTax.dc.gov
- Copy of Government Issue Identification- (Of all owners)
Pursuant to D.C. Official Code §§ 3-1315 and 3-1321 and D.C. MUN. REGS. tit. 30 § 204.4 All license lottery agents are required to renew their license as requested by the office of lottery and gaming District of Columbia.
