Parking Lot Cashier to Claim $1 Million Prize!
What: The DC Lottery is scheduled to award a $1,000,000 top prize to Mr. Abraha Estifanos of the District. A parking lot cashier in the District, Mr. Estifanos will claim the second of three top prizes that were available with the $10 Million Cash Extravaganza scratcher ticket. His winning ticket was purchased at Pan Mar Liquors, 1926 I Street, NW.
Upon introduction to DC Lottery players in September 2018, $10 Million Cash Extravaganza featured more than $10 million in total cash prizes, three top prizes of $1 million, and the best odds of becoming an instant millionaire in DC Lottery history.
